Customer Process

How It Works

Customer is to purchase a full roll of BODYFENCE from an Authorized HEXIS Distributor.

Customer will follow a dedicated link and register their purchase at www.hexisamericas.com/hplpromo to receive a free 30-day subscription of HEXIS PRECUT LAB (HPL). A proof of purchase must be uploaded to claim the prize.

Once registration is complete, a HEXIS representative will contact the customer to create the account and give a quick 10-minute tutorial.

Customer must enter their information and connect their credit card for payment within HPL. HEXIS will provide a 30-day voucher for free HPL access.
Obligations

What's Expected

Distributor

  • Display the promo web banner on the front page of your website for the entire Promotion Period.
  • Deploy an initial newsletter to all contacts on April 1, 2026.
  • Deploy a secondary newsletter to all contacts on April 14, 2026.
  • Post social media graphics on your channels on April 1, 2026.
  • Post social media graphics on your channels on April 20, 2026.

HEXIS Americas

  • Provide all web banner, social media graphics, and newsletter assets.
  • Deploy newsletters to HEXIS's own internal contact list — twice during the Promotion Period.
  • Post on HEXIS's own social media channels weekly.
  • Issue a 100% discount voucher for 30 days of HPL to each eligible customer.
