By submitting this registration form, the participant named above acknowledges and agrees to the following terms on behalf of themselves and, where applicable, their representatives, heirs, and assigns.

• Assumption of Risk. I understand that participation in this event may include actions or tasks which could be physically demanding or potentially harmful. I voluntarily assume any and all risk of harm, injury, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation.
• Release of Liability. I hereby release HEXIS Americas, Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, costs, claims, and damages which may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in this event or activity.
• Travel & Accommodations. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for all travel arrangements and accommodations required to attend this event. HEXIS Americas, Inc. is not responsible for costs associated with canceled, rescheduled, or missed flights, hotel bookings, or other travel arrangements under any circumstances.
• Event Cancellation by Organizer. In the event that HEXIS Americas, Inc. cancels this event, entry fees paid will be refunded in the original form of payment. HEXIS Americas, Inc. bears no responsibility for any incidental travel or accommodation costs incurred by the participant.
• Refund Processing Fee. If a refund is issued due to duplicate payment, customer error, or any other qualifying circumstance, a processing fee of 3% + $0.30 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Health & Communicable Disease. I acknowledge that I am attending this event voluntarily and that HEXIS Americas, Inc. is not liable for any illness, injury, or communicable disease — including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, or any disease subject to warnings by the WHO, CDC, US State Department, or Department of Homeland Security — that may be transmitted during travel to or participation in this event.
• Health Screening. HEXIS Americas, Inc. reserves the right to conduct temperature checks upon arrival at the venue. Individuals presenting a temperature of 100°F or higher, or who have experienced symptoms of illness within the fourteen (14) days prior to the event, may be declined entry. HEXIS Americas, Inc. is not liable for any travel or registration costs lost as a result of entry being declined on these grounds.
• Photo & Video Release. I hereby grant HEXIS Americas, Inc. and its designees the unrestricted right to record, photograph, and use my image, likeness, and voice as captured during this event for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes across all media and geographic areas, without compensation or further consent required. I waive the right to inspect or approve finished materials in which my likeness appears, and I waive any claim to royalties or other compensation related to such use.

The following terms apply specifically to the BODYFENCE PPF World Series Americas Qualifier, taking place June 26–27, 2026 at Miller Decals, 3654 James Rd, Acworth, GA 30102. Entry into this competition constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

• Entry Fee & Payment. The entry fee is $400 USD per competitor. Registration is not confirmed or secured until full payment has been received, all required forms have been submitted, and a HEXIS Americas representative sends you a confirmed competition date and time slot.
• Competition Date Assignment. The Americas Qualifier spans two days — June 26 and June 27, 2026. Selection of a preferred competition day is not guaranteed. HEXIS Americas, Inc. reserves the right to assign competitors to either day based on scheduling requirements. Competitors will be notified of their assigned date in advance.
• Competitor Responsibilities. All competitors are responsible for supplying their own tools and equipment required for competition. HEXIS Americas, Inc. will provide all required BODYFENCE PPF film material. Competitors must arrive on time for their assigned session. Failure to appear at the assigned time may result in disqualification without refund.
• Travel & Accommodation. Travel to and from the competition venue is entirely at the competitor's own expense. Accommodation is also the competitor's own responsibility. HEXIS Americas, Inc. provides no travel stipend, reimbursement, or accommodation for the Americas Qualifier round.
• Competition Format. Each competitor will have one (1) hour to complete the designated installation task. Scoring is based on completion time and discrepancy count as assessed by appointed judges. Each competitor may only compete once. Judge decisions are final.
• Advancement. Up to five (5) competitors from the Americas region will advance to the BODYFENCE PPF World Series Global Final, to be held in the South of France in September 2026. Finalists will receive fully covered travel and accommodation to attend the Global Final and BODYFENCE Convention. Specific logistics will be communicated directly to qualifying competitors.
• Competitor Cancellation & Refunds. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable if the competitor cancels or is unable to attend. If HEXIS Americas, Inc. cancels the event, a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment, less any applicable processing fees as described in the General Liability Waiver above.
• Proprietary Pricing. Competitors who are also HEXIS Americas distributors or installers acknowledge that any exclusive or student-discounted pricing received in connection with this event or related training must not be shared with third parties or published on social media. Violation of this clause will result in immediate forfeiture of access to exclusive pricing programs.
• Communications Consent. Competitors who opt in to communications consent agree to receive event updates, scheduling notifications, and competition-related announcements from HEXIS Americas, Inc. via email and/or SMS. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by contacting HEXIS Americas, Inc. directly.
• Code of Conduct. All competitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and sportsmanlike manner throughout the event. HEXIS Americas, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any competitor for unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, interference with other competitors, or violation of any rule, without refund.
• Governing Law. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
